We Keep Your Pet Happy!

“Oh Yeah, Don’t Forget”
(Other Important Information and Frequently Asked Questions)
Paperwork:
Please take the time and read through the rest of the paperwork in this package. There is some very important information in there, especially our vaccine policy, business hours, and behavior requirements. Please take the time to thoroughly fill out the personality profile for your pet – this information is crucial to the quality of your pet’s stay with us. The emergency contact information is also very important; we need to be able to contact you if there is a question or an emergency.
Hours:
Our hours are Monday thru Friday 7am-530pm and Sat. and Sun. 8-10am and 2-4pm. Please plan around these times. We will not allow drop-off or pick-up at any other time. This is extremely disruptive to the other pets that are here.
Vaccines:
Make sure that all vaccine information is complete well in advance of your drop-off day (especially if it is a weekend). It is hard on everyone if we have to refuse admission because of missing vaccines or stool samples. You may either bring in written documentation or vaccines can be verified by phone with your vet in advance. Several local vets have privacy policies and will no longer verify vaccines over the phone. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
Leashes/Collars:
We require all pets to be leashed in our parking lot and in our lobby. Please don’t assume that your pet will follow you. Even the best-trained pet can be distracted. Also, even if your pet is social, the dog that they run up to greet may not be in the mood. Collars: We require all pets to come with a collar. If they do not normally wear a collar at home we will try to accommodate that. But they need to come with one in case. For safety reasons we do not allow your pet to wear a choke collar while in their kennel. If you have an extra collar for your pet, please bring it with you so that they can wear that while kenneled. We do have a couple of extras here, but we cannot guarantee that one will be available, especially during peak times.
Lobby Etiquette:
Be considerate of other customers that may already be in the building. Remember, not all pets are social. Please be extra careful with your children. This can be a dangerous place for them. NEVER allow your children to approach the fence or place their fingers through. Children may not be left unsupervised in our parking lot.
Payment:
We currently do not accept credit/debit cards. Personal checks and cash are acceptable for payment. Payment in full is required at the time that you pick up your pet. There will be a fee of $25 for any returned check – any future payments will be cash only.
